What about my spouse?!
People are concerned that I am going to take the place of their husband or partner, and I want to change that misconception; I am here to support your partner and help your partner to support you. Give them ideas of how to support you during your birth. Your partner is going to need breaks and will become exhausted, I will step in. They also might not remember the pros and cons to everything you’ve learned and I can be there to help them really feel connected with you during this journey.
We will navigate everything together to give you (mommy) the experience you will remember.
